Glenn works on technology initiatives that improve the services we provide to clients, while also helping to grow Effective Student Marketing into the future. He takes a holistic approach to whatever technological tasks he tackles, placing client ROI as his benchmark for success. He views each client as an individual and designs and implements strategies to solve their unique challenges. Glenn has a rich background in software development, digital modeling, and analytics. He was building systems right out of high school in the Detroit area working with customers such as the Big 3 automakers and their suppliers, the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, and a local dairy. He migrated east to New England and attained his degree in Accounting from Boston University while continuing to build software for a variety of companies and industries. Prior to joining ESM, Glenn was the CTO and Architect of a SaaS company that delivered web based solutions to more than 500 clients.
When Glenn isn’t building out tech solutions for our clients, he spends time with his wife and three children. He coaches soccer and softball, is an avid reader and loves to listen to live music. And when he finds down time, he says he like barbeques, blues, bourbon and beer.
